No, we have made this process easy for you by having our contracts available on the web page! If you would rather sign in person we can arrange for that. We do not have an on site office so please call ahead at 512-844-7633.

No, we do not provide locks for your trailer hitches. As an added security you can feel free to add that at your discretion. We do have security cameras and the gate will have a record of who has entered.

Yes, we know people might forget their codes so we will keep a record of those. Also to make sure there is no duplication of codes selected. We will not release the codes to anyone that is not listed on the contract.

The lot is available for you 24/7, 365 days a year!

We rent all spaces month to month, no long term lease is required.

We need a valid, government issued form of identification with a photograph.

Yes, for our tenants protection you are responsible for maintaining insurance on the items you store. We will ask you for this information when you are signing the contract.

Yes, we can set up auto payment through a credit card.

Yes, you can mail a check. Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a 5 day grace period.

We bill on the 1st of each month. If your payment is late we do grant a 5 day grace period. After that, you will be assessed a late fee of $10. After the 15th, there is an additional fee $25 and access will be denied until payment is received. If you become more than a month past due, we will block access and install a lock demobilizing your trailer/RV.
